The duo White Birches, Fredrik Jonassson and Jenny Gabrielsson Mare, yesterday released another taste of the upcoming EP. “Stands of White Birches” is the name of the song, the beautifully ominous ambience breathes of Depeche Mode, and it seems like the high expectations on the EP, I got from the first single “End of the Line“, will be met.
The producer Snakethread has released the EP “Get Well”, an EP from which he donates all revenues to a fund for Cancer research. The theme of the EP is also illnesses, where he paints, with downtempo, ambient music, something of a twilight landscape, a waiting which is neither dark nor light, soothing, but sometimes worrying. It’s been a few years since Emil wrote aboutMenteroja here on the blog. Well, here’s a blog comeback from him with the new single, “Yankilandia/Analogue Circuit”; two tracks with his red hip hop, this time in a cool synth-heavy costume.
