Ebbot Lundberg (from TSOOL) liked Caviare Days’ song “When the Light Is Breaking” so much that he wanted to make a new version of the song. He sat himself down behind the mixer table, and also sneaked into the choir and together they made this new remake. A quite successful one I think, where the song seems to take a couple of steps forward, has more drive and even more retro vibes á la Jefferson Airplane and their likes.

Turn Off Your Television’s new song “Between the Lines” is officially being released tomorrow, but it made my day already today. This gentle song is seductively mesmerizing with it’s march-like drums and delicate build into grand, beautiful pop. At the same time the singer Jon Rinneby has crept up right in front us, with nothing in between, and sounds more heartfelt and better than ever before.

Here’s Christoffer Gustafsson with the single “Ferlindikt” (“Ferlin poem”), which he released during Spring. The debut album “Från start till Stockholm” was launched last year and he’s now working on the next album, which is scheduled for the Autumn. I’d say it’s about Swedish uplifting pop with classic songwriting. A video to the song is on it’s way next week.

Suvi recently released her second single from her upcoming debut album (release Autumn 2013). The song is called “Bleeding For Your Love”; somewhat darker, stronger and with heavier beats than the predecessor, but still with a strong vibe of eighties’ pop á la Sandra, spiced up with some newer digital synth sounds.
