Soul of Gaia has just released the new song “Roam”. It’s a beautiful space ballad where we are guided among the stars by Sanna’s wonderful, warm vocals, a piano and various sounds from space recorded by NASA. A build-up song that is allowed to grow slowly and which lands in a magnificent spiral galaxy rather than an exploding super nova. The recording was made together with Jon Rinneby (Låtsaspoeten, Turn Off Your Television) and the video was directed by Pablo Fernández.
A couple of weeks ago Soul of Gaia, aka Sanna Hallgren, released the new single “Rise”, the first one since last year’s “Two Hearts“. It’s a dramatic and strong track, a little like Adele meets Kate Bush, where Sanna’s beautiful voice is allowed to flourish. Here in Sweden we celebrate Lucia today. And on Meadow Music Sanna Hallgren will be our Lucia in the company of “starboy” Dennis Tkačuk Lundkvist, or in other words Soul of Gaia in collaboration with Adventure of in this beautiful Kate Bush-vibing duet “Two Hearts”. The single is the first one in a series of four which goes by the name “re:birth”.
