Rigas, with Henrik von Euler in the front, released this strong track, “Kungen” (“The King”), some month ago. It’s the second single from the album “Hundra år av vinter” (“Hundred years of winter”), which was released during Spring.

I wrote about Henrik von Euler in the beginning of the month, as a member of the duo Dödens Dal. Simultaneously he’s also preparing the next album from his solo project Rigas, which is to be released March 13th. And here’s a first taste of that album: the song “Hundra År Av Vinter” (“Hundred Years of Winter”) where he gets help with the vocals from Kajsa Grytt, an excellent combo in this somewhat punkish indie electronica.

Hundra År Av Vinter

In March Rigas, aka Henrik von Euler, released his third album “Let’s Get Gone”. It contains a strong collection of synth-pop songs, with a twist and with pop melodies that are just that naturally catchy that you want pop melodies to be. The album is visited by artists like Jenny Wilson, Stefan Storm and here in “Ghosts”, Anna Maria Espinosa:
