While Giants Sleep started out a year ago and this summer they released their self-titled debut EP. They have their base in Eslöv, Sweden, but the five members have also roots in Norway, Iceland, Finland and Chile.
Musically I find the roots, though, on the other side of The Atlantic Ocean; in post rock, progressive rock and indie rock. It’s a collection of five well built songs where they paint a rather dark ambience together with the fateful lyrics. A very interesting debut that promises a lot for the future.
You can find While Giants Sleep on their site, on Facebook and on their Bandcamp page you can both listen and download the EP for free.

Navet has released the single “For the Show” from the debut album “Navet”. To make it even more interesting the original song is accompanied by a bunch of great remixes from Familjen, Simian Ghost, Lissi Dancefloor Disaster feat. OWL Vision and Adventure Of.
Here below are two of the tracks. You can find and download the others on Navet’s site or listen on Spotify.

Art Acoustic has released a new single, “Upp till tramp”, which is the official soundtrack for Cykelsamba (“Bike samba”), which started this weekend. Cykelsamba is a manifestation for sustainable progress, in the shape of a bike ride from the south of Sweden up north through the country. You can follow the journey on Cykelsamba’s site.
This is the first song in Swedish by Art Acoustic, and they say that it’s probably not their last. Listen more to Art Acoustic on the Soundcloud page or on their site.
