Navet – “Companions”

Navet

Navet released a new single a couple of days ago, “Companions”. It’s got synthpop-vibing verse which slides into a more grand-sounding chorus. There’s an intriguing nerve in the song where they balance between playful melodies and tense drama. They let blipblop-loops and sweeping, melancholic melodies be accompanied by charged, almost fateful string synths and stabbing riffs, which gives the song an ambiguous atmosphere. Navet – “Fever Dreams”

Navet

The trio Navet has been quiet for two years, at least when it comes to new recordings. Now they are back, though, with the new single “Fever Dreams”. And they say hello again with a smile and an uplifting electropop with distinct pattering synth lines and sweet pop melodies. Hi, and good to hear from you again.

Navet – “For The Show”

August 3, 2011 at 1:31 pm

Navet has released the single “For the Show” from the debut album “Navet”. To make it even more interesting the original song is accompanied by a bunch of great remixes from Familjen, Simian Ghost, Lissi Dancefloor Disaster feat. OWL Vision and Adventure Of.

Here below are two of the tracks. You can find and download the others on Navet’s site or listen on Spotify.

Judge CircuitToday I’ll present some electronica with Judge Circuit, a band hailing from Sala. They released a single this fall and are planning on releasing their debut album in the beginning of 2011.

In the song “If You Only” they are visited by another Sala band, Navet (featured yesterday here on Meadowmusic), where Julia Ögren joins in with her vocals.

You can find Judge Circuit on Myspace and on Facebook.

Navet

NavetNavet is a band that released their debut EP in spring. Four tracks of pop music with a lot of eighties’ vibes. Beautiful melodies, typical beats and synth backgrounds. They have announced a debut album coming out in November, and as a taste of that they released a single some month ago, “A Letter to You”.

Two songs, partly different in style from before, with a beautiful piano ballad as track 2. Listen to the single here below.

Visit Navet at their blog and at Myspace. On Spotify you can listen to the debut EP.
